A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.

About the team:
We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
While we are global and remote friendly, we also operate from vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo, where we have hybrid roles, our team goes to the office at least twice a week. To accommodate the various timezones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.

Your opportunity:
Provide technical support to Belvo customers at different stages of their lifecycle, including pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch.
Develop deep knowledge of Belvo’s product and platform, becoming a trusted resource on current and future product offerings.
Partner with customers to help them achieve the greatest possible value from our solutions, understanding their use cases and guiding them from both a technical and business perspective.
Analyze customer data and issues to ensure they gain maximum benefit from Belvo during onboarding.
Create tailored technical documentation for select enterprise accounts, clearly describing solutions and project deliverables.
Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback, helping shape the roadmap across multiple products.

This position may be for you if:
Have 1+ year of experience in onboarding, support, or similar roles.
Bring experience working directly with customers.
Have basic knowledge of APIs and documentation.
Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
Are empathetic and skilled at facilitating professional conversations and positive outcomes.
Are motivated to grow your knowledge of finance, fintech, and technology in Latin America.
Think logically, are data-driven and analytical, and enjoy solving problems efficiently.
Are adaptable, enjoy dynamic environments, and can manage multiple customers under tight deadlines.
Pay close attention to detail and approach your work in a methodical way.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and speaking.
Speak and write English fluently.
Have working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong writing skills.
Amazing if:
Have familiarity with fintech, open banking, and/or payments.
Bring programming expertise in one or more languages.
Have experience in project management.
Speak Spanish fluently.
