Your contribution will be:- Developing and implementing of our comprehensive, operative and strategic legacy program for FOUR PAWS Austria in collaboration with our fundraising team as well as sharing knowledge and expertise international and in DACH Region
- Advising interested people, interacting and communicating with donors
- Representing FOUR PAWS legacy program on fundraising congresses, playing an active role in shaping the legacy image in close cooperation with NGO networks (Fundraising association)
- Developing promotion material on-/offline with internal support for social media, web, press releases including testing, implementing and monitoring innovative ideas (legacy guide brochure)
- Collaborating with the internal legacy team and external partners (legal offices, notaries, cemeteries)
- Supporting and implementing of legal and operational frameworks for accepting wills, receive bequests and process donations
- Dispatching of material/gifts, events, updating lists and reporting legacy development
- Extensive experience in legacy fundraising, with both operational and strategic expertise
- Strong network within the NGO sector, providing in-depth insight into legacy fundraising in Austria
- Team-oriented mindset combined with a decisive, flexible, and solution-driven approach; open, warm, and motivating personality, well-suited for representing the organization and engaging with donors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Advanced technical proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
