Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Serve as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams.
Configure, customize, and maintain HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Design and build complex fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads.
Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
Collaborate with end-users, HR business partners, and IT to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues.
Manage enhancements, patch testing, regression testing, and UAT.
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, etc.
Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system security compliance.
Provide ongoing production support and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in HCM applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a techno-functional role.
Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and/or Talent Management.
Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.
Hands-on experience with data conversion, integrations (OIC, Web Services), and security roles setup.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).
Ability to document functional and technical specifications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Core HR or other modules.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior involvement in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. (preferred)
Experience working with global HR data and compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
