About your team

The CFO Technology team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy across the organisation. The team supports the CFO function by developing and maintaining technology platforms and products that enable seamless financial processes and decision-making.

About your role
As a Sub Capability Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting technology portfolio & product management, driving solutions that align with business strategies and derive value. You will lead cross-functional teams & bring thought leadership to the capability. By fostering a high-performing, self-organising team culture, you will enable efficient collaboration and empower team members to make critical decisions.

Your role will involve leading the delivery of key Products requiring functional depth & business relationship management, managing portfolio resources and budgets, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. You will maintain strategic application landscape for all CFO Business Units & ensure application mapping with business capabilities. You will aid the Capability Lead in performing Technology Product Owner role, focusing on long-term product roadmap development. Additionally, you will contribute to organisational initiatives and act as a senior counsel within the department.

About you

You are an experienced Technical or Functional Product Manager with:

  • 12–15 years of experience, including 3+ years in product management or software delivery, handling mid-to-large teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • A background in Corporate Finance & Procurement domain is preferred.
  • Proven success in building enduring relationships with crucial stakeholders across various Business Units.
  • Experience in delivering and maintaining products or programmes, including those with cross-geography teams, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • The ability to work independently, navigate complex decision-making, and foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.
  • Proven success working with agile development teams and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience on enterprise-level initiatives and regulatory programmes is preferred.
