Ever wondered how the trainers you are wearing made it to you? A global supply chain is characterized by the crossing of borders. The international movement of goods means taxes and regulatory requirements. In Global Customs we work towards facilitating and optimizing trade while meeting increasing regulations. You will be working within a diverse team, focusing on an array of projects ranging from customs classification to the importation of the goods.  

 

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

 

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs for factories and internal stakeholders on trade preference matters. 
  • Support data maintenance in systems related to trade preference. 
  • Support data quality check in reporting  
  • Complete data analysis to figure out potential issues and extra opportunities related to usage of trade preference. 
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives for reporting 
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data analytics capabilities for the customs function  
  • Support Global Customs projects. 
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and information packages for workshops or meetings  

 

 WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH 

 

  • Students with emphasis on the areas of law, international trade, business, logistics, supply chain management, information systems
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, and ability to work and deliver in dynamic environment while adhering to specified deadlines
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and explain complex laws and regulations
  • Team player, enthusiasm, and desire to learn
  • No prior working experience in supply chain/customs needed

ELIGIBILITY 

 

To qualify for an internship with us, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized university for the entire duration of the internship or be in a gap year between completing a bachelor’s degree and starting a master's program or be eligible for an end-of-studies internship, meaning you expect to complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree within the next 12 months.
  • Be available full-time from January 15th to July 14th, 2026.
  • Be willing and able to relocate to Zaragoza, Spain for the full duration of the internship.
