Your role: As a Regional Rewards Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies across Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Turkey, Malta, and Luxembourg. You will design and implement competitive benefits plans that align with global guidelines, ensuring effective rollout across all designated countries. Your expertise will be vital in managing key Compensation and Benefits initiatives, collaborating closely with HR teams to enhance our ability to attract and engage top talent. You will conduct comprehensive market benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive while maintaining cost efficiency. By leveraging advanced data analytics and tools like Excel and Power BI, you will provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate C&B initiatives and drive innovation through special projects. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a rewarding work environment. Who you are:
· You hold an advanced degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, with an MBA or equivalent credentials being a plus.
· You have a minimum of 6 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
· You possess exceptional analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI and AI tools.
· Your strong planning and influencing capabilities enable you to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
· You have proven expertise in C&B practices and a solid understanding of compensation budgets and funding requirements.
· You are proactive in your approach to problem-solving, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in managing rewards topics.
· You are fluent in English, with additional language skills in Spanish being highly regarded.
· Your background in consulting is preferred, and you excel in fostering collaboration within teams.
