We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease.

THE POSITION:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for supervision of the facility medical record service & office area while performing reception duties.

  • Performs general receptionist/secretarial duties for patient care area.
  • Responsible for maintenance and confidentiality of medical records.
  • Maintain lab database, produce lab requisitions and secures results. Maintains current Hazmat training for proper packaging of specimens.
  • Responsible for auditing charts for all required information.
  • Assists in scheduling patient diagnostic procedures or other medical appointments, and related transportation.
  • Handles the day-to-day patient transportation phone calls and coordinates with various transportation companies for dialysis times as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiar with medical terminology.
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute preferred.

The Administrative Assistant position is based at our Downtown Orlando Clinic at 203 Ernestine St, Orlando, FL 32801
