Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for product marketing initiatives, aligning with company OKRs and growth targets.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product marketing roadmap that supports product launches, market expansion, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Own the development of differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks for Enumerate’s product portfolio.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to key personas and verticals.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to define launch goals, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely and impactful launches.
- Develop and scale enablement programs, including sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
- Train and support sales and customer success teams on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling.
- Establish feedback loops to continuously improve enablement materials and messaging.
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand buyer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Monitor competitor positioning and GTM strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Deliver actionable insights to product and executive teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with demand generation and customer marketing to create high-impact content, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and customer stories.
- Champion the voice of the customer and highlight product impact through compelling case studies and testimonials.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role within a B2B SaaS, software, or payments company.
- Proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and influencing product roadmaps.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal.
- Experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing leadership.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-app messaging platforms.
