For the role of Product Specialist Cloud Services we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
- Identify data points and build better reporting capabilities to help the Portfolio team make the correct business decisions and recommendations to the SLT.
- Drive the growth of our portfolio by active collaboration with the portfolio team and local product managers.
- Champion our value propositions amongst the various channels/OpCo’s through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Engage and support sales and commercial teams with customer opportunities.
- Support industry analyst briefings and submissions for Cloud Services.
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
- Champion customer and business needs, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Manage the in-life performance of existing cloud services, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and launch of new cloud services tailored for SMB customers.
- Collaborate with Go to Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run teams across Group and local markets.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including service descriptions and internal enablement materials.
- Ensure services meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in internal governance forums and portfolio reviews to represent the Cloud Services roadmap.
What you bring

- Capable of working on product and commercial projects in a matrix-organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at C-level with customers and internally.
- Leadership skills - able to support and motivate cross-functional teams to align around shared goals and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Customer obsessed - able to nurture and manage deep customer relationships on a strategic level.
- Desire to commercialise and drive innovation into the Vodafone markets.
- Desire to launch products and services into Vodafone markets with agility and simplicity.
