The Role
You will be Sully.ai’s Head of Success, responsible for building the post-sales function, driving retention and expansion, and setting the foundation for scale. Reporting to the COO, you will:
Build and lead Sully’s Success org (customer success, onboarding, solutions).
Own retention and expansion metrics with direct accountability.
Design and execute playbooks for enterprise healthcare customers.
Recruit, mentor, and grow an early Success team.
Implement systems, processes, and metrics to track NRR, churn, and customer health.
Partner with Product and Sales to translate customer insight into growth.
Key Responsibilities
Org Building: Hire, train, and lead the first Success team.
Revenue Impact: Direct accountability for retention and expansion.
Playbook Design: Build scalable systems for onboarding and adoption.
Customer Advocacy: Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders.
Operational Rigor: Deploy metrics, processes, and reporting for scale.
Product Partnership: Turn frontline feedback into roadmap influence.
Qualifications & Skills
7+ years in Success or post-sales leadership, ideally at an early-stage startup.
Proven track record of owning $20M+ ARR in retention/expansion.
Experience building a Success org from scratch (0→1) and scaling to dozens of accounts.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS models; healthcare or AI experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on operator with strong process and metrics discipline.
Excellent communicator with executive presence for enterprise customers.
Thrives in high-ambiguity, hyper-growth environments.
