ABOUT THE POSITION
The North America Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team focuses on our outlet, brand, and employee stores within the US and Canada. From merchandising to retail marketing to retail operations, there is a highly collaborative team working “behind the scenes” to ensure our consumers have a positive experience in our stores.
The Merchandising team is looking for an Assistant Buyer to help support the merch team across apparel, footwear, and accessories. In this role, you will be able to wear a lot of different hats as tasks range from marketing and store communications to running reports and analyzing the business to pricing optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about merchandising, is detail oriented, enjoys multi-tasking and has superb time management skills.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Assist the merchant team in day-to-day business management
Support the buy cycle for future seasons
Partner with cross functional partners, including planning and allocation, to ensure business objectives are met
YOU ARE
Well-versed in interpersonal communication
Well-versed in time management
Resourceful, resilient, and confident
YOU HAVE
1-2 years of merchandising or business experience
Experience with Excel
