We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team!
The Director of Quality Assurance plays a vital role on the executive team, taking charge of the quality assurance processes at our Jacuzzi Bath sites. In this position, you will have the opportunity to design and implement robust quality management systems, carry out comprehensive audits, and spearhead continuous improvement efforts. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure exceptional product and service quality while fostering a culture of zero defects throughout the organization. We are seeking a strategic visionary with a solid foundation in quality management, compliance, and leadership in the business arena.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement robust quality management systems to guarantee top-notch product and service quality.
- Uphold and enhance quality standards, policies, and procedures across the board.
- Supervise quality control processes, ensuring our products consistently uphold quality benchmarks.
- Perform routine quality audits and inspections to proactively identify and resolve quality challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with regulatory bodies and external auditors as the situation arises.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating product quality and operational effectiveness.
- Introduce best practices that minimize defects, refine processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address quality-related risks to secure product integrity and safety.
- Formulate and execute risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and complaints to swiftly tackle quality concerns.
- Deploy initiatives designed to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and facilitate training programs to raise quality awareness and skill level throughout the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

Educational and Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CQE, CMQ/OE, or Lean Six Sigma are highly valuable.
- We are seeking an individual with 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in quality management, which includes a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Proficient in data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
Compensation
- Salary starting at $150,000+ (based on experience) + Bonus structure
