Key Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for timely completion of month and year-end financial reporting close

·         Prepare monthly loan covenant certificates

·         Manage cost accounting and inventory valuation

·         Review account reconciliations and manual journal entries

·         Lead internal and external audits and taxes

·         Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks

·         Provide management with information key to the decision-making process

·         Build and refine processes to strengthen internal controls

·         Ad hoc projects and analyses as needed

Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Financial Controller

·         Experience in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

·         Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

·         Experience in startups or high-growth environments

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
