Now Hiring: Email Marketing Lead
As the Email Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital voice of M.S. Rau. Under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing, you will take full ownership of our email marketing program—designing, writing, and deploying campaigns that engage our high-net-worth clientele and reflect the sophistication of our brand.
In addition to driving our email marketing strategy (approximately 75% of the role), you will also contribute to digital design initiatives (approximately 25%), supporting the creation of elegant, user-friendly web and landing pages that enhance customer experience. This position is ideal for a digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling, strategic insight, and performance-driven execution.
Your Role Will Include:
Email Marketing (Primary Function – 75%)
- Leading the email channel end-to-end: strategy, design, copywriting, deployment, and analysis
- Developing and deploying 2–3 brand-aligned campaigns per week for a discerning luxury audience
- Writing polished, persuasive copy for subject lines, body content, and calls to action
- Leveraging HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal data to refine segmentation, targeting, and frequency
- Conducting A/B testing, personalization, and automation to drive engagement and conversions
- Monitoring KPIs and delivering insights that inform strategy and leadership decisions
- Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email marketing best practices
- Acting as the in-house expert for email trends, optimization, and performance strategy
- Maintaining a forward-looking content calendar in coordination with marketing and sales teams
- Collaborating with internal teams and the Director of Digital Marketing to align campaigns with overall business goals
Digital Design (Secondary Function – 25%)
- Supporting design and refinement of web and landing pages to strengthen UI/UX
- Producing mockups and visual assets in Photoshop, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Leading at least one design or landing page handoff per month in collaboration with developers or external partners
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2C or luxury markets
- Proven ability to design and write high-performing email campaigns
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar platforms such as Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and customer segmentation tools
- Skilled in Photoshop; experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch preferred
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices
- Bonus: Experience in luxury retail, fine art, or marketing to high-net-worth clients

Hours and Compensation
This is a full-time position working in the Gallery Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required depending on business needs.
We offer a competitive base salary as well as the potential to earn quarterly and annual bonuses – compensation reflects your experience and capabilities.
