Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Logistics Associate, where you will be responsible for pulling, tracking, and maintaining inventory, as well as delivering ATC parts to designated locations. This position is hands-on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and safe operation of vehicles and equipment. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Coordinate with transportation companies for timely deliveries.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of efficient warehouse layout and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Support in the implementation of warehouse management systems.
- Monitor and report on the performance of warehouse operations.
- Identify and suggest improvements for warehouse processes and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of related work experience required.
Certifications:
- Valid Class C driver’s license or higher with a clean driving record.
- Forklift certified (Required at time of hire.)
