Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Logistics Associate, where you will be responsible for pulling, tracking, and maintaining inventory, as well as delivering ATC parts to designated locations. This position is hands-on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and safe operation of vehicles and equipment. • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Coordinate with transportation companies for timely deliveries.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development of efficient warehouse layout and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Support in the implementation of warehouse management systems.
• Monitor and report on the performance of warehouse operations.
• Identify and suggest improvements for warehouse processes and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of related work experience required.

Certifications:

• Valid Class C driver’s license or higher with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certified (Required at time of hire.)
