- Renewals Leadership: Own and optimize the global renewals strategy to drive high retention rates and minimize churn across all Deltek renewable offerings.
Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute programs to increase net revenue retention (NRR) through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing renewals and growth organization, including managers and customer-facing Renewal & Growth specialists.
Process & Forecasting: Establish best-in-class processes for renewal management, pipeline forecasting, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable and accurate revenue outcomes.
Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies that deliver customer value and growth.
Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs, ensuring product feedback loops are captured and translated into actionable improvements.
Metrics & Insights: Define and monitor KPIs such as Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, and expansion revenue; deliver regular reporting to executives and board-level stakeholders.
Commercial Negotiations: Oversee complex renewal and expansion negotiations with strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving customer lifetime value, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
Work Location
Qualifications
10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven track record of achieving best-in-class retention and expansion results in a subscription-based business model.
Strong experience managing and scaling renewals/growth organizations globally.
Commercially astute, with demonstrated success in contract negotiations and executive-level customer engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with operational rigor and a passion for driving customer value.
