We’re seeking a Maintenance Control Engineer to join our high-performing team, supporting the Voyager fleet and A330-200 aircraft in one of the most advanced and collaborative aviation environments in the UK.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide engineering support and coordinate technical data to maintain fleet serviceability.
  • Communicate daily fleet status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Deputise for the Maintenance Control Supervisor when required.
  • Actively participate in MSIM and UTOS, focusing on Cure periods, UTOS events, and ADD management.
  • Oversee fleet compliance and ensure regulatory adherence (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145).
  • Support AOG recovery and emergency response situations.
  • Maintain accurate records, shift handovers, and flight operations updates.
  • Collaborate with flight crew, engineers, and customers to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Provide technical support across main base and deployed locations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and UTOS analysis.

What you'll bring

  • UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence with Airbus A330 Type Rating.
  • Experience with A330 MRTT aircraft and Maintenance Control environments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using RUSADA Envision for technical management.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Safety-first mindset with a customer-focused approach.
