What you'll be doing
- Provide engineering support and coordinate technical data to maintain fleet serviceability.
- Communicate daily fleet status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Maintenance Control Supervisor when required.
- Actively participate in MSIM and UTOS, focusing on Cure periods, UTOS events, and ADD management.
- Oversee fleet compliance and ensure regulatory adherence (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145).
- Support AOG recovery and emergency response situations.
- Maintain accurate records, shift handovers, and flight operations updates.
- Collaborate with flight crew, engineers, and customers to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Provide technical support across main base and deployed locations.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and UTOS analysis.
What you'll bring
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence with Airbus A330 Type Rating.
- Experience with A330 MRTT aircraft and Maintenance Control environments.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using RUSADA Envision for technical management.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Safety-first mindset with a customer-focused approach.
