We are seeking a driven and hands-on Associate Service Technician to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This role focuses on learning and developing the skills required to service, troubleshoot, and maintain complex sheet metal fabrication equipment. If you're a mechanically inclined problem-solver who loves working with your hands, thrives in a dynamic environment, and isn’t afraid to get dirty, this is your opportunity to shine. 

Responsibilities

  • Train in the installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in sheet metal fabrication equipment.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and repairs on both in-use and new machinery.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Learn to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Use a variety of tools: hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and electronic testing instruments.
  • Assist in refurbishing used machinery efficiently and accurately.
  • Embrace continuous learning and apply new knowledge daily.
  • Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow.

Qualifications

  • Well-rounded skill set, including mechanical and electrical capabilities
  • Technologically inclined with intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably in a variety of environments
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently 
  • Comfortable getting hands dirty and pushing through tough jobs
  • Confident in disassembling and reassembling complex equipment
  • Eager to take on challenges and solve problems proactively
  • Experience in electrical systems, HVAC, machine assembly, or IT is a plus

Schedule

  • This position will be located onsite in our Peachtree City, GA warehouse.
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
