What We’re Looking For:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, including social media, blogs, events, webinars, content collaborations, and more.
- Surface and assess marketing opportunities that expand partner reach, accelerate joint GTM initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with Meltwater’s global brand strategy, business objectives, and wider partnership goals.
- Work closely with executives, sales, partnerships, and product marketing to build and activate partner-driven programs.
- Work closely with the Content and Design teams to support the development of joint partner content, thought leadership, and success stories.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to global partner stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring marketing commitments are delivered on time.
- Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Ensure all programs adhere to Meltwater’s brand guidelines while adapting creative assets to resonate with partner and regional audiences.
- Support the development of joint partner content, thought leadership, and success stories that elevate Meltwater’s global reputation.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on partner marketing in the tech industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging executives and external stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, digital, and sales teams.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.

- Base Salary of $80,000 – $100,000 CAD per year + 15% annual bonus paid in quarterly installments [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]. Total compensation range for this position: $92,000 - $115,000 CAD per year.
