Description

AM LLC is seeking a highly skilled PSYOP Assessments Integrator. This role involves managing, collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from qualitative and quantitative surveys, as well as proprietary and open sources (e.g., news and social media). The Analyst will identify patterns and trends in the data, create comprehensive reports, and develop visualizations to aid decision-makers in understanding how the data relates to planning and operations.


The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, survey design, data analysis, and open-source research. Recent experience in data visualization and qualitative research methodologies, combined with the ability to translate complex client objectives into practical research solutions, is highly advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a small team, operate independently, and support project tasks as required. Expertise in handling classified material up to the TOP SECRET level is preferred.


This position will be based at the Customer’s location in Homestead, Florida.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Information Operations Support: Provides full integration support as the central point of contact for merging and synchronizing various internal and external data streams, and coordinates data collection and analysis efforts on behalf of the Customer. The candidate must be familiar with and proficient in implementing the Hierarchy of Psychological Effects Model (HPEM) to operations.
  • Liaison: Interfaces with Customer personnel and acts as a bridge between data analysis and operational execution. Attends working groups, planning meetings, and synchronization events to align AM’s support with Customer requirements.
  • Advise and Assist: Leverages Information Operations experience and research expertise to facilitate planning, execution, and integration of data and analysis into Customer operations.
  • Request For Support (RFS) Fulfillment and Knowledge Sharing Portal Management: Manages and coordinates the RFS portal and taskings between the Customer and the AM team. Provides full-time support to the Customer, responding to ad-hoc queries, data collection requests, data collection planning, analysis, and presentation of data to Customer personnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Data Collection Planning: Supports external Customers with the identification of data and information gaps; plans and develops data collection activities, and aligns data collection activities to support Customer operations and metrics.
  • Trend Identification and Reporting: Assists in analyzing, visualizing, and presenting collected data. Supports the identification of patterns, trends, and insights that inform insights generation and decision-making.
  • Data Integration and Visualization: Translates complex data analysis into clear and concise reports for non-technical audiences. Maintains data visualization using Microsoft Power BI Dashboards to ensure maximum accessibility and RFS management.
  • Data Delivery: Develops various courses of action for the Customer based upon key findings. Supports the decision-making process through data-driven recommendations; ensures analytical products achieve widespread utility and visibility throughout the Customer enterprise.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively solicits and incorporates feedback from Customer users to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • General Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years (or 6 years with a master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD) of experience in an operational environment directly involved in two or more of the following areas: Information Operations, intelligence, social science, or surveys/polling.
  • Experience:

At least one  (1) year of experience planning, managing, and implementing a variety of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis projects involving content and thematic analysis, coding/categorization of textual data, and proficiency with research and analytical software.

An understanding of research design, methodology, as well as experience with data management, data visualization, developing assessments, reports, and making recommendations based on available data.

Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments of operations in the information environment, specifically with open-source unclassified and classified data integration.

Experience conducting analysis of all-source and open-source intelligence in support of operations in the information environment.

  • Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET security clearance required.
  • Language Qualifications: While this position does not require fluency in both Spanish and English, a fluent English and Spanish speaker is preferred, with the desired ability to provide expert translation services in Spanish (minimum ILR/DLPT score of 2/2 in reading and writing). Must be able to translate information into Spanish and English quickly and accurately, recognizing colloquial and idiomatic phrases.

Utilizing a keyboard.


Proposed Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
