Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTC,ensuring reliability of BTC equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-

•    Leader for Reliability Activities of BTC from Electrical function
•    Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTC
•    Shift management of entire Electrical team
•    Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:
•    Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
•    Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
•    Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
•    Site improvement activities
•    Responsible to control the consumption oil, grease, cotton waste and spare parts.
•    To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
•    Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
•    Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Plant Optimization :

•    To drive RE/WPO pillar under Plant Optimization in BTC
Safety :
•    Safety - Near Miss Observation action compliance
•    Analyze safety incidents and provide corrective action plan
•    Lead and drive the Hazard prevention and control initiative at plant level through the engagement of Maintenance teams in consultation with EHS team as per PEC MS standards
•    To make sure safety and CTI compliance.
