ESPN Digital Marketing Consultant (Account Executive)

Good Karma Broadcasting LLC (GKB) is seeking a driven and relationship-focused ESPN Digital Marketing Consultant (MC) to join our sales team in Atlanta. In this role, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with area and regional partners by creating and selling customized digital marketing solutions. Leveraging ESPN.com, the ESPN App, Digital Video, and ESPN Live OTT/CTV, you will help partners connect with passionate sports fans and achieve measurable marketing results. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for building lasting partnerships.

The Primary Role of a Marketing Consultant
The primary role of the ESPN Digital Marketing Consultant is to develop long-term relationships with area/regional businesses by creating and selling successful, customized digital marketing solutions to local/regional companies utilizing ESPN.com, the ESPN App, Digital Video and ESPN Live OTT/CTV. ESPN Digital Marketing Consultants are responsible for account development, including prospecting new business and account retention and the growth of existing partners. This will require a thorough knowledge of the market and of ESPN’s digital assets as the solutions/services we provide.
Daily Tasks of a Marketing Consultant
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with area and regional partners, agencies, and decision makers
- Design and execute customized marketing solutions using ESPN Digital platforms
- Maintain thorough knowledge of ESPN Digital assets and industry trends
- Network to expand market presence and uncover partner marketing objectives
- Sell at all levels, including C-level executives
- Other assigned tasks

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications
- 2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience (media sales preferred)
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong expertise in digital media, digital video, and OTT/CTV platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working independently
- Passion for sports, media, and connecting brands with partners
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
