Responsibilities
Actively patrol CNE properties, including casinos, smoke shops, and parking lots, to protect physical assets, guests, and employees. Report all safety hazards to leadership.
Prevent guests from entering with prohibited items and address any policy or procedure violations. Verify identification to ensure compliance with age requirements.
Greet guests, provide directions, and offer aid to anyone in need.
Respond to accidents and incidents, performing CPR and first aid as necessary. Interview witnesses and prepare detailed written reports.
Detect and report suspicious activity, maintain operational knowledge of excluded persons, and work with local law enforcement and fire departments.
Prepare written reports of investigations and patrol activities and maintain a chain of evidence.
Escort employees in secure areas, assist with entry into gaming machines, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. This is an entry-level position, so little to no prior experience is needed.
You must obtain a State of Oklahoma Council of Law Enforcement, Education, and Training (CLEET) unarmed security guard license within 180 days of hire.
CPR certification is also required.
Working knowledge of defensive tactics, surveillance video systems, and maintaining a chain of evidence.
You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various settings, including outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
The ability to pass a CNE security approved custody control and obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority is essential.
