Examinetics is hiring a Clinic Network Administrator to join our expanding team! This is a full time role based in office at our Griffith, IN location.
The Clinic Network Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the clinic network used by client companies. This role will identify, audit and set-up accounts with medical clinics and vendors. They will also ensure the availability and dependability of the clinic network. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinic network capabilities and services.
- Document and track service requests, issues and resolutions.
- Manage relationships with clinic network and vendors, including contract negotiations and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, regarding network and data security.
- Create and maintain a rating system for clinic network and vendors
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations and best practices
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Experience with customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sorting and filtering data in Excel
- Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and with a teams
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be flexible and able to function in an environment with change.
