Summary


Supports all Digital Business functions including, but not limited to Sweep Services, Merchant Services, accounts charged by Analysis, and Digital Business Online Banking Services. Business Online banking services include, but are not limited to online banking services such as viewing and internal transfers, and more in depth services such as ACH submissions, Wire Transfers, Business Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and Merchant Capture services. Provides high-level assistance with software required to utilize these services, assists with initial set up and review of Digital Business or Digital Corporate clients, troubleshoots issues with software providers and the Bank’s core processor and provider of the Services, assists with implementations of Digital Corporate services.


Responsibilities

  • Performs all system functions relating to Digital Business Online Banking including setting up new Digital Business Online Banking customers, adding, changing and deleting system access, reviewing and releasing ACH files, Wire Transfers, Bill Payment access, Positive Pay Processing, Merchant Capture Services, resetting passwords, and troubleshooting, sometimes by using Live Meeting, sometimes via onsite visits, sometimes with core processor.
  • Interact with Business Solutions Sales Staff to ensure timely and efficient set up of Digital Corporate Services.
  • Provide phone and email support to Digital Business or Digital Corporate clients
  • Reviews and release ACH Transfers periodically throughout the day after determining adherence to pre-determined limits.
  • Review and maintain up to date Agreements, Authorizations, Credit Reviews and Correspondence relating to Digital Corporate customers and ensure it is consistent with system information.
  • Conducts ACH and Merchant Capture audits as required by policy 
  • Establish and maintain all Sweep accounts including documentation for ZBA Sweeps, TBA Sweeps and Federated Sweep Accounts
  • Stays up to date with Treasury Management regulatory requirements and implementing policies and procedures to comply with said requirements
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements

  

Skills/Experience/Education

  • Highschool diploma or equivalency.
  • 2 years experience in Treasury Management services preferred
  • Proficient on computer (Bank applications, Internet, MS Word & Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills

Essential Mental & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions. 
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division any “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
