Job Description:

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Salesforce implementations across multiple projects.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to support requirement definition and validation.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce capabilities, identifying when custom development is necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define optimal implementation strategies.
  • Drive technical discussions, resolve roadblocks, and ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect scalable and efficient data models that align with project needs and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Salesforce Architecture Track certifications required.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and the Force.com platform.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model across various clouds and products, with extensive experience in data modeling.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce projects.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and client presentations.
