Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of creative and marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life. The role will be at the heart of campaign delivery—collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and multimedia teams to ensure every project is completed on time, on brand, and with clear purpose. The role will oversee end-to-end project workflows, streamline processes, and bring structure to fast-paced initiatives in a rapidly growing environment. From brief to launch, the Senior Project Manager will ensure clarity around timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across the creative and marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Creative & Marketing Projects: Oversee projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and expectations are aligned across teams.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, content, and external vendors to deliver high-quality work; on time and on brand. 
  • Own Project Planning: Define scope, build schedules, manage resources, and set clear milestones for multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Optimize Project Management Tools: Be the owner and expert of our Wrike platform; ensuring it supports visibility, accountability, and workflow efficiency. 
  • Keep Everyone Informed: Lead regular status meetings, communicate updates, and flag risks or roadblocks before they become issues. 
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Make sure all creative output aligns with Thorne’s brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Foster Innovation & Growth: Create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement; encouraging fresh thinking and team development. 
  • Lead and manage marketing and creative projects, from conception to delivery. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. 
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation schedules. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met. 
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 
  • PMP certification a plus. 
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Experience with Wrike project management software is mandatory.
  • Strong collaboration and team management skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Understanding of design principles, multimedia production, and marketing processes. 
  • Familiarity with online video platforms and digital marketing strategies
