Purpose: 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Facilities & Real Estate Specialist to support and execute a range of facilities operations, vendor management, property management and development initiatives. This role bridges day-to-day facilities coordination with hands-on project support and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment, with strong problem-solving instincts a hands-on approach and a working knowledge of real estate as both a landlord and tenant and property operating systems. 


Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday-Friday.



Key Responsibilities 

 

1. Lease & Property Administration 

  • Maintain accurate lease and property records, tracking expirations, renewals, and compliance milestones.
  • Support property transactions (leases, subleases, relocations, purchases/sales) through scheduling, logistics, and documentation.

2. Facilities Operations & Maintenance 

  • Oversee day-to-day upkeep of offices, retail, and light industrial spaces, including recurring maintenance schedules.
  • Triage facility issues, perform minor hands-on repairs, or dispatch third-party vendors as needed.
  • Maintain centralized systems for work orders, service SLAs, preventative maintenance, and vendor records.

3. Project Support & Compliance 

  • Assist with facility projects such as renovations, relocations, or furniture resets, ensuring punch lists and permitting materials are completed.
  • Monitor project and repair progress, providing timely updates to facilities leadership.
  • Partner with brokers, landlords, and external partners (engineers, architects, legal) to support property development and compliance needs.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management 

  • Source and evaluate vendor quotes, onboard contractors, and manage vendor performance for routine and ad-hoc work.
  • Conduct site checks to verify work quality, track warranties and service logs, and escalate issues when necessary.

5. Procurement & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Manage procurement of facility supplies, furniture, signage, and repair materials; track small budgets and expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Legal, safety, finance, workplace experience) to ensure operational excellence at sites.
