Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and
- troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration
- and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will
- bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a
- collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Job Qualifications:
- Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
- Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
- Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
- Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
- Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
- AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
- Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
