Customer Service Representative

Department: Administration Location: Indianapolis, IN

At CollisionRight, our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our shops�welcoming customers, supporting our operations team, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling cared for and confident.

This is an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN.

What You�ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you�ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in keeping our shop operations running smoothly.

  • Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, answer phones promptly, and respond to questions with professionalism and care.

  • Front Office Support: Maintain organized files, coordinate tow requests, set up rentals, and keep the front office space presentable.

  • Team Coordination: Partner with Estimators and operations staff to ensure customers receive timely updates and support.

  • Administrative Tasks: Enter customer and insurance information, process payments, order office supplies, and manage the shop calendar.

  • Calm Under Pressure: Provide reassurance to customers who may be stressed or dealing with difficult circumstances.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (automotive industry experience a plus, but not required).

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

  • Comfortable using computers and office systems.

  • Ability to stay calm and supportive when customers are in distress.
