What You'll Do:
- Travel daily to assigned MN service areas to visit clients in their private homes
- Conduct functional and cognitive evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans aligned with Medicaid and state guidelines
- Administer restorative and maintenance treatments; supervise OTA contributions and ensure compliance with billing regulations
- Provide guidance on home modifications, assistive devices, and caregiver training to enhance functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of services and collaborate with care teams to align therapy with broader treatment goals
What You'll Need:
- Active MN Occupational Therapy License
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- CPR certification
- Reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance
- Home care or geriatric experience is preferred
