Arobas Personnel is looking for a Service Desk Support Agent for a mandate with one of its clients located in Montreal.

 *Remote : Hybrid- 1 day/week in the office* 

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to meet customer needs.
  • Manage requests using the CRM tool.
  • Update and maintain the inventory system.
  • Create complete service orders.
  • Process invoices and handle billing activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass background checks.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and accountable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Basic accounting knowledge is considered an asset.
