Arobas Personnel is looking for a Service Desk Support Agent for a mandate with one of its clients located in Montreal.
*Remote : Hybrid- 1 day/week in the office*
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer requests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to meet customer needs.
- Manage requests using the CRM tool.
- Update and maintain the inventory system.
- Create complete service orders.
- Process invoices and handle billing activities.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Must successfully pass background checks.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and accountable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic accounting knowledge is considered an asset.
