The successful candidate will be exceptional at prioritisation, have the ability to make decisions without the total picture and be driven to be the best in the industry. Must have the aptitude to make and adapt to changes as and when needed by the business.
As Key Account Manager responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships at all levels with target customers
- Maximize specification writing opportunities by creating and maintaining a clear territory plan
- Accurately report activity through monthly sales report and CRM database
- Tracking of customer & project pipeline for targeted customers
- Attend regular customer events & seminars
- Contribute to new product development through engagement with key contacts.

- Proven track record of winning new business within the specification arena
- Established relationships within the residential industry
- Experience of working for a high end brand and representing a design led product
- Expert product knowledge & ability to deliver slick presentations and CPD sessions
- High level networking skills
- Ambitious, driven, flexible, self-motivated, integrity & strong work ethic
- Ability to manage territory at BDM level, plan & report monthly back to management
