L20 Hotel School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality & Catering team. This is your opportunity to shape the future of aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals in a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking college.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging teaching materials using both physical and digital resources.
- Integrate technology and the College’s virtual learning environment to support independent learning.
- Stay current with industry trends, curriculum standards, and assessment requirements.
- Maximise learning by starting lessons promptly and using all teaching time effectively.
- Foster a focused, ambitious learning environment aligned with curriculum goals.
- Coordinate with Academic Support Workers to enhance teaching and assessment.
- Use assessment data to tailor lessons and ensure meaningful learner progress.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, including course reviews and self-assessment.
Criteria
- Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant area.
- Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching at Level 3 or above.
- Strong subject knowledge and industry experience in Hospitality.
- Possess sufficient breadth and/or depth of specialist knowledge in Hospitality to teach on a range of established programmes.
