Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $225,000–$290,000/year (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
As a General Practitioner at our community health clinic, you will provide comprehensive, whole-person care across the lifespan. Your focus will include preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, and behavioral health integration in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope primary care to new and existing patients (adults and children)
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate with specialists and behavioral health providers when appropriate
- Document patient interactions using EHR (electronic health records)
- Educate patients and families about preventive care, lifestyle changes, and disease management
- Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice
- California medical license (active or in process)
- Valid DEA license and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads with strong clinical training will be considered
