Description

Title: KVCC Director of Workforce Training & Professional Development

Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: MEA Administration Level V, $57,843.30 to $75,472.37

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing the college’s workforce training and professional development programs, including customized training, instructor contracting, curriculum development, and career advising initiatives. Oversee program operations, budgeting, marketing, data collection, and community engagement while serving as the primary point of contact for workforce training and professional development services.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree; a minimum of two years of administrative experience in higher education or related field and five years of management experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Master's degree and grant management experience desired.
