What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️)

Lead Clinical Quality Initiatives:

  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to Managed Communities to develop effective action plans and address areas of opportunity.
  • Assess resident needs and collaborate with management to implement quality improvement strategies.

Drive Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Oversee the timely review of high-risk medical records and ensure robust reporting and post-event management systems.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and communicate potential compliance risks, patient liability issues, and adverse events.

Mentor & Train:

  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and mentoring of Directors of Nursing and Directors of Wellness.
  • Coach and support nurse leadership to ensure optimal performance across all communities.

Enhance Policies & Procedures:

  • Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of policies to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant operations.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in Health Dimensions Group’s Positive Review and Evaluation Process (PREP) services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure quality excellence across our Managed Communities.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Passion for Clinical Excellence 😃)

Educational & Professional Background:

  • Current RN licensure with a degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience (multi-site experience is a plus).

Expertise & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality improvement in healthcare settings.
  • Proficient in using healthcare information systems and data-driven decision making.

Communication & Mentorship:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and build collaborative teams.

Adaptability & Initiative:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive systemic improvements.
