Lake Superior Consulting is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team!
This role requires a highly organized, proactive Office Administrator. This individual possess exceptional multitasking skills, professionalism, and discretion. This person provides high-level support to executive leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in LSC’s Duluth, MN offices.
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist in planning and executing company events, leadership meetings, and off-site engagements
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and priorities
Office Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory for front office needs
- Support general office operations including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide general administrative support and perform clerical duties for project teams or department managers, including calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, and routine correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and/or conference calls with internal and external clients and vendors. Distribute meeting minutes, initiate and follow-up with action items on behalf of the appropriate parties in the office.
- Maintain the organization of the office supply room, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
Position Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Physical Requirements and Demands:
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to sit for extended periods of time

Lake Superior Consulting offers a competitive compensation package. The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location. The anticipated range for this position is $22 – $27 per hour.
