Position Overview

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. As the Front Desk Representative, your responsibilities will include managing a wide variety of administrative tasks, greeting visitors with a warm and inviting demeanor, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls as needed or taking messages.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding services, policies, and local attractions.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and services efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials and information are current and accessible.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role in a customer service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and telephones.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
