Trainee Certificate III Business Administrator

- 9.00am to 4.00pm, Tuesday to Friday, 28 hours per week

What you will do
- Coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the organisation
- Greeting and directing visitors into the organisation
- Coordinate mail and courier deliveries and incoming packages
- Provide support for meetings, coordinate catering, manager bookings and calendar of meeting rooms, and maintain meeting rooms
- Provide support for fleet vehicle bookings
- Maintain and update contact lists
- Providing support to head office staff for general office enquires
What you need to succeed
- A strong commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business Administration, please note course fees will be covered by Big Fat Smile
- Dedication to consistently meeting all training and job requirements, including completing all study outside of work hours and finishing the course within the required timeframe – failure to do so will result in termination of employment
- Hourly pay rates range from approximately $10.86 to $22.05, subject to award requirements including highest year of schooling completed, years post schooling, with increases applicable upon completion of certified training.
- This role is based in the office and requires a regular on-site presence, so working from home isn’t available.
- A cleared and valid Working with Children Check (for paid work)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
