Join PALFINGER in Oklahoma City as a Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment Manager, driving demand planning, analytics, and reporting for our Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) product line. In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions locally and regionally to optimize processes, improve performance, and deliver successful results. You’ll also oversee local sales activities while leading and supporting our inside sales team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Aerial Work Platform sales portfolio, from order entry to delivery, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Lead and support the quote administration team, coordinating CRM queries, inventory, and finished goods deliveries.
  • Drive demand planning and forecasting with the commercial team while coordinating production schedules and chassis planning.
  • Facilitate customer interactions, from onsite visits and unit inspections to service handovers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Analyze sales pipeline, inventory, and performance metrics, implement system improvements, and work cross-functionally to meet contract and operational requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of industry experience; 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes, product technologies, and the chassis industry, including customer-specific designs.
  • Proven project management skills with attention to detail, analytical aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and trade shows, with a high sense of urgency and professional integrity.
