Begin your journey as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, leading programs that inspire process excellence in a manufacturing environment. Join a collaborative team dedicated to implementing impactful improvement strategies, working hands-on with operations to deliver meaningful change.

You'll be located: Mt. Olive, NJ
Reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager

You Will:
Strategy & Project Leadership
•    Contribute to the design and deployment of the local Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy aligned with the global CI Road Map.
•    Develop and implement projects to meet site Operations goals and the Operational Improvement Plan (OIP).
•    Identify, measure, and implement improvement opportunities using CI tools, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
•    Facilitate approved CI projects, including resources, milestones, change requests, reporting, and certifications.
•    Use internal/external Lean networks to apply best practices and improve Maturity Assessment progress.
•    Adapt responsibilities and introduce creative approaches to promote CI across the site.
Culture, Change Management & Capability Building
•    Lead cultural transformation to embed Continuous Improvement within operations.
•    Support project managers with change management roadmaps and communication strategies.
•    Challenge existing processes, coaching teams on solution development and initiating change.
•    Train site Operations teams on Lean principles to close capability gaps and sustain CI practices.
•    Calculate and assess the financial impact of CI projects to support informed decision-making and achievement of annual savings targets.

Your Profile:
•    University degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master preferred).
•    LEAN and Project management certification.
•    3+ years in continuous improvement.
•    1+ year/s of people management experience.
•    Training experience with operators, shift leaders, and departmental managers.
•    Knowledge of product processing and industrialization processes.
•    Good command in partner management and communications.
•    Good command in process mapping and design.
•    Knowledge of value chain diagnostics tools.
•    Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
•    General knowledge of financial concepts (e.g., OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g., SAP).

Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $84,000-$115,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
