Key Responsibilities
- Serves as liaison between Project Managers and the field electricians to ensure compliance of construction with blueprints and specifications
- Coordinating and scheduling the day-to-day job activities of employees and subcontractors in accordance with job-specific scopes of work being performed on time
- Maintain a “safety first” example and help implement and interpret safety policies and procedures
- Monitor and resolve matters relating to work procedures, complaints, damages, accidents, and delays
- Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
- Plan, organize, and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work
- Build and maintain relationships with the builder, homeowners, and co-workers
- Ensure all installations meet quality and code standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· 2 plus years’ experience in Residential electrical construction
· Clean driving history
· Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
· High school diploma or equivalent
