Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1-year welding experience and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and grinders.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures work is complete and accurate, and reviews it before submission.
• Problem Solver: Identifies errors, conducts research, and presents logical solutions.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to complete jobs in various areas.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push/pull 50-pound loads.
