VSC Fire & Security in the Southeast of the country is seeking candidates for the position of Regional Sales Manager.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a regional or multi-state capacity.
Proven success in leading large sales teams and driving territory growth.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
What you will do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~20 sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and grow revenue across the Southeast region.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation across the territory.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align regional goals with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate leadership.
