- Drive sales — every store, every rep, every day.
- Coach live on the floor, close sales yourself to show how it’s done.
- Tear apart sales processes, rebuild them better, and make them stick.
- Analyze the KPIs that matter and attack the weak spots.
- Keep teams accountable, motivated, and laser-focused on goals.
- Train new hires to perform from Day 1.
Who You Are
- High-ticket retail closer with 5+ years of sales leadership/training success.
- A master motivator who can turn “I’ll think about it” into “Where do I sign?”
- Competitive, relentless, and never satisfied with “good enough.”
- Data-driven — you know the numbers cold and you use them to win.
- A road warrior ready to travel regularly to dominate the region.
