Description

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and energetic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing + Strategy team. This role is central to developing and executing both internal and client-facing initiatives that drive sales growth and elevate brand visibility. The Marketing Manager will assist in overseeing strategy development, executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing marketing processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, or Shrewsbury, MA.  


Location: Las Vegas, NV or Shrewsbury, MA (hybrid) 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Digital to support pitches and boost win rates. 
  • Participate in design kick-offs and brainstorming sessions to help conceptualize innovative client program ideas and strategies. 
  • Coordinate design projects, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and web traffic. 
  • Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling, and posting across channels. 
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social platforms. 
  • Write compelling content for case studies, blog posts, email newsletters, and more.  
  • Streamline and document marketing processes to enhance efficiency and cross-team alignment. 
  • Ensure the right stakeholders are included in appropriate meetings and decision-making. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors to elevate company marketing campaigns and client projects. 
  • Assist in managing and tracking the Marketing budget. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trade organizations, publications, conferences, and events, including opportunities for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and awards submissions. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and refine strategies for maximum impact. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience executing marketing strategies and campaigns 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and website management. 
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and optimizing campaigns. 
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with expertise in writing, editing, proofreading, and layout. 
  • Keen ability to translate brand voice and aesthetics into engaging events and experiences. 
  • Proficiency with design and MarTech tools such as Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, Sprout Social, WordPress, etc. 
  • Experience with budget management, resource planning, and project tracking tools. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, yet confident working independently. 
  • Enthusiasm for working across a variety of brand categories, including technology, retail, real estate, finance, and healthcare.
