This is an exciting opportunity to push creative boundaries, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our brand’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer, Video Content Specialist, Senior Social Media Specialist, and other internal partners to develop and execute digital design solutions that align with marketing strategies.Conceptualize, capture, and edit engaging video and photography content for both paid and organic platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Participate in on-location shoots and tailor edits to various formats and aspect ratios while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style.Stay up-to-date on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithms to ensure content relevance and performance.Create and maintain a digital asset library of content and templates for streamlined use across the team.Partner with analytics teams to evaluate content performance and adapt creative strategies to optimize engagement and reach.Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and standards.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.A curious and proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of digital trends.Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects under guidance.Receptive to feedback and able to adjust work accordingly.A sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on company success.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in creating impactful digital content for a variety of platforms.Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in graphic design, video production, and social media strategy.The opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.A collaborative and creative team environment that values curiosity, agility, and mutual respect.If you’re ready to bring your creativity, passion, and skills to a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
