**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
- At least 3 years of dental experience.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and exceptional organizational skills.
- Payroll processing experience would be advantageous.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations workflow.
- Confirm patient scheduling and maintain staffing levels.
- Ensure a kid-friendly environment and smooth patient flow.
- Develop and inspire team members for growth.
- Occasionally travel to surrounding offices and work some Saturdays as needed.

**Schedule:**
- 8-hour shifts during daytime hours with occasional travel required.
- Availability to address patient issues outside standard hours.
- No night shifts.
