PEP (Personal Educational Plans) Co-ordinator en Sandwell College

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable PEP Co-ordinator to join our supportive and committed team. In this full-time, term-time only role (fixed-term until July 2026), you will play a key part in helping students succeed by developing and delivering effective strategies that support their learning and remove barriers to progress. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people as they navigate their educational journey. 


Please note that the salary will be calculated based on the number of term-time weeks and contracted hours, with the advertised salary (£27,164 – £31,492 per annum, pro rata £24,329.86 – £28,206.30) reflecting the full academic year.

We’re looking for someone flexible, proactive, and ready to take on a varied and rewarding set of responsibilities. These include working closely with local authorities and schools to support smooth student transitions, coordinating PEPs in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal support services and external partners. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with Virtual Schools and other stakeholders, keeping clear and accurate records, and assisting learners with key documentation, including housing, benefits, and bursary applications.
